Coaching to KPI Integration Template
Keep behavior call scores separate from business KPIs
Record one coached behavior alongside its linked business KPI while keeping behavior call scores separate from business metrics.
Behavior to KPI worksheet
Focus Area options: Prospecting, Discovery, Objection Handling, Mindset.
Behavior is the one behavior coached, copied from the ACT Tracker.
Behavior Baseline is the mean call score for that behavior across 6 calls from the Verification Loop. Behavior Re-measure is the mean call score for the same behavior across the next 6 calls.
KPI Before and KPI After are the linked business metric. Behavior call scores and business metric figures are separate and are never mixed.
Before and after figures show association, not proof that coaching caused the change. Treat the pattern across several reps and cycles as evidence, not a single row.
